Most organizations are legally required to make their videos accessible, and 3Play provides all of the services you need to comply: closed captioning, live captioning, transcription, and audio description. In addition to making videos accessible, captions are proven to increase SEO, brand recall, viewer engagement, focus, and comprehension.
How it works
3Play Media integrates directly with Brightcove to allow users to submit videos for captioning, audio description, and translation directly in their Brightcove account.
After a one time setup, users can tag their videos in Brightcove with 3Play services and turnaround times, and the caption & audio description tracks will be posted directly back to Brightcove when they’re complete. Users can select from dozens of languages and turnarounds ranging from 2 hours to 10 days.
