Brightcove users can set up and integrate their Marketo account directly into their Video Cloud or Audience Insights instance. Leverage video engagement data for lead scoring, segmentation efforts, nurture campaigns and more. Additionally, easily update settings and add new variables for more streamlined workflows that incorporate video analytics directly into your marketing decisions for more strategic outcomes.
How it works
* Have viewer tracking enabled on your Video Cloud account.
* You are required to have a Marketo user with admin privileges
* Create a Marketo Web Service through the Admin menu > Users and Roles. Add appropriate roles and invite new users.
* Create an Integration within Video Cloud > Integrations > Customer Data Platforms > Add Integration > Marketo > Save
* You can have your data sync on a daily or weekly basis into your Marketo instance
