HubSpot offers a full platform of marketing, sales, customer service, and CRM software and services

Description

You can now integrate with Hubspot in two different ways: one through Marketing Studio and the other with our Audience Insights module. Each integration presents its own benefits:

Lead forms: Create lead forms that will appear automatically in your video player to collect new leads that are passed to HubSpot.

Viewing Data: For both integrations Video Cloud viewer data is delivered to HubSpot to the contact objects.

For Marketing Studio, this video viewing data includes metrics such as:

Video Name
Video ID
Account ID (Video Cloud)
Page URL (URL of the referring page)
Player ID (Video Cloud player)
Time watched
% Watched

Meanwhile for Audience Insights module the video viewing data includes:

Customer ID
Days Since Last Video View
Devices Used
Engagement Status
Fan of Series
Hours Viewed
Primary Device
Primary Viewing location
Entertainment iNDEX
Most Recent Videos
Most Recent Entertainment Videos

How it works

Through the Audience Insights integration, we seamlessly sync viewer data from the player to HubSpot’s CRM Hub with just a click. Each hashed user ID carries details such as tenure, subscription plan, content preferences, device usage, geographic viewing patterns, engagement levels, and additional information. The sync can be set to be delivered on a Daily, weekly, or Ad-hoc basis. Data is available ~24 hours after the viewing event.

The Marketing Studio integration allows you to:

Integrate video view data into your marketing automation strategy and tool-set
Capture video engagement data to fuel personalized insight and measure ROI
Tie video viewing data to an individual for personalize lead scoring and workflows
Create in-video lead capture forms.
